I have 2 instances of SC, both have same configs and sound files copied to Instance2/Sounds folder. I have beep sounds for trades events set up as in screen (new order, stop, target). Sounds in secondary instance work ok, but in primary instance they are played several times. So if I enter trade on primary I hear several beeps (more than 4-5). On secondary all works OK. If I close secondary beeps are still multiplied. If I use primary instance from fresh start without running secondary all is OK. Whats more after using secondary instance what starts multiplying sounds on primary Mute All Alert Sounds option stops working. All sounds are still played even this option is checked true.

This section here explains what to do when you have a sub instance to remove repetitive sounds:

This would mean, that the sounds are not originating from the Sierra Chart instance where this option has been enabled. This is with certainty.
