VBP in Chart DOM problem

I am trying to get the VBP to work correctly in the Chart DOM. I am only able to get a volume bar every five ticks no matter what chart I have up. I am assuming the problem is that the ticks per volume bar is set to 5. I can not change that to anything lower than 5. In the data/trade service window I have the intraday storage unit set to 1 tick. I am wondering if this has something to do with GAIN?? I figured out the problem. This second picture you can see I now have the chart, trade, and window menus at the top. In the other chartbook I don't have the menu at the top. I'm assuming it is because I had the DOM attached to the chart and all both linked to a quoteboard.
