Hello support team,

I might have missed something but I cant get the horizontal ray tool(extended) to copy from one chart to another, all other drawing tools seem to work fine with no issues. Please advise

regards

We have tried to reproduce this problem, but are unable to see the same problem you are having. For us, the Horizontal Ray lines are copying just fine between charts, even charts with different symbols.

Therefore, we need to ask the simple questions. First, have you entered the correct chart number in the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 >> Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #s?

Second, is the range of values similar between the charts, such that the copy of the Horizontal Line will show up in the secondary chart?

If these do not resolve your problem please provide screen images of both the original and secondary chart so we can see what might be happening.

Hi,

following your suggestions,
"have you entered the correct chart number in the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 >> Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #s?"
yes, I double checked and chart#s had been entered correctly.

now the following snapshot shows how the tool behaves between 2 charts with the same symbol (one is 25.00range on the right & 4.75 range to the left)

as you can tell they are both identical.
