is there a way to improve these disconnects from cqg , or do u recommend diff data , cause i have cqg on other platforms with no disconnects , i get about 10-20 a day ?

Also in the latest version there is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >>Use Non-Secure Connection For FIX Connection which can be enabled.

See if enabling this, minimizes the problem.

no no change at all wit that on true , what are my other options cause this is really bad and seems to be common on forum

We see you are running a current version of Sierra Chart, so if there is a disconnect of the FIX connection the reconnection will be in the background. You should not really notice it. So therefore the disconnect must be occurring with the CQG Web API.

You can contact your broker and have them move you to the Rithmic system instead of CQG.

i narrowed it down to only when i have instance loaded , without it ill get maybe 1 all day , when i have and instance loaded over 25 easy
