the time scale on the 1 minute charts, showing 7:38, 7:57, 8:16, 8:35, 8:54, so weird can we change it to displaying EVEN numbers 7:05, 7:10, 7:15, 7:30... 8:00 ...? |

No. This is not controllable. It is based on the timeframe of the chart bars, the timestamps of the bars themselves, and the available space.
