[Programming Help] - developing using Visual Studio Code?

I am wondering whether it is possible to develop the code and generate the DLL using "Visual Studio Code"? The VS Code looks great for its simplicity of file oriented. How can I set Multi-Threaded for the runtime library within "VS code"? Thanks a lot!
