NO ACTIVITY IN THE ACTIVITY LOG & AND SHOWING AN OPEN POSITION

I've been having some serious problems with SC lately.

I took one trade with GC today, I went to export my activity log and it showed no activity - and yet showed me as having an open position.

Multiple attempts to flatten wouldn't change the activity log to close the position....WHAT IS GOING ON?

One additional note - on this trade, my entry order position line disappeared on the chart. So, all I saw was a stop and and targets....that's never happened before.

OK, I figured out why the activity was missing - fixed that - but - the open position is a problem. Why is that there?

This is not unusual and can be disregarded. Refer to the information here about the Trade Stats for Charts tab:

This is because CQG is not providing a position average price which is apparent from the screenshot. Refer to:

This is because CQG is not providing a position average price which is apparent from the screenshot. Refer to:

OK, I will clear the log tomorrow; would you expect that to end the issue, or will it persist? Is there anything I can do?

We do not think this is a common problem. So no we do not expect it would persist especially if you clear the historical trade activity for the Symbol and Trade Account which will then ensure that always the Sierra Chart calculated Position Average Price will be used.
