Hi Team, new SC user here. I have requested my broker setup me up with CQG WebAPI for real-time data & CQQG FIX for order routing. They have send me 2 separate logins. As far as I can see, I can only enter one CQG login in Data/Trade Service Settings, which must be FIX in my case. Could you please confirm if my broker has messed up here, and I should have been provided just 1 CQG login that will work for WebAPI & FIX? Thanks |

The username and password for the CQG Web API and CQG FIX, do need to be the same. Please go back to them and make sure they are the same if they are not already. As long as they are the same, a connection will be made to both of them.
