Subscribe HKFE Data Feed from SC directly

I have asked SC in last year, HKFE Data Feed must be subscribed through a education institution in HK. I just want to ask again if this policy was changed or will be changed soon since I want to subscribe it directly from SC. If possible, pls advise when I can subscribe it.

This is not changed if you are in Hong Kong. There is a particular HK trading educator who pays for this data feed because it is an expensive data feed and the arrangement is that it is exclusive to them for the time being. That agreement is still in effect.All exchanges have what they call market data or redistribution fees, in addition to the end-user exchange fees. And those are substantial fees. If I recall correctly, SC Support did mention that one can subscribe to HKFE datafeed directly from SC, as long as the subscriber resides outside Hong Kong.
