IB US Equities Real Time Data vs SC equivalent

Hi I am subscribed to IB data for US equities. Unfortunately it only refresh every 10 to 20 seconds. I also notice many symbol had missing volume such as the one attached. Questions; 1. Is this another problem with IB data? Or did I configure wrongly? 2. What is the refresh rate like for SC US equities real time data? 3. I notice there is a US5.00 trial for SC data for 2 week. Do I need to pay USD10.50 on top of it for the real time US Equities? What is included in the trial? Regards, |

In regards to the volume, refer to: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Historical and Real-time Stock/Equities Data Volume Differences In regards to the real-time data updates from Interactive Brokers, you did not configure anything wrongly. We cannot help with those kinds of issues from Interactive Brokers. 2. This depends on the trading frequency. There is no delay and the data is tick by tick. 3. . 3.How much do I have to pay after the trial and, how much if I jump straight into subscribing US equities real time data without the trial?

The data feed is 35 USD per month for 100 real-time symbols. This will be the cost without the trial.

All clear now. I have 1 more questions though, what if I subscribe SC US equities real time data feed, but for futures I am using IB real time data feed, do I need to switch back and forth on the settings? |

No, you do not have to change any settings. However, you might as well just pay the extra 3.25 USD/month for the CME Group exchange fee and get much better quality data. But it says trading account required.... not sure if IB trading account considered?
