I add a new data file daily to my Sierra Chart DATA files (EMiniPlayerZones) which places support and resistance zones onto my ES chart.
Today the data is not loading on to the chart. I did not make any changes other than the version update that you sent yesterday.
Can you advise how I can load the data on to my ES chart?
Thanks,
Marc

You need to contact the developer of that custom study for help with this.

The studies were loading perfectly up to today. I deleted today's file and restarted SierraCharts to see the prior day's zone and none of the other days were loading onto the charts either.

I don't think this is a problem with the custom study; it would appear to be a problem with Sierra Carts loading the data.

You need to contact the developer of the custom study you are using. We definitively cannot help with this.

Thank you for looking into this. I have cleaned up the data files and that has cleared the problem.
Best Regards,
Marc
