on 1733 , depth just stops printing , have to reset chart for it to come back , please advise thanks

This is quite unusual. Possibly you are running out of drive space on your system? Check to make sure you have enough space. We really do not like to recommend this, but delete the market depth data file for that particular date(4-25): Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Market Depth Data File And then start with fresh data collection. From our perspective though it really is hard for us to get a sense of exactly what is happening unless we could interact with the chart and do some testing.
