show order fills not working

downloaded current version on 4/20/18 (probably not relevant) but the show order fills is not working now on any of my charts. I am an experienced SC user (7 plus years). Never had the issue before. I did go back and check the documentation to insure the proper item(s) are checked under the Trade tab. Nothing was altered on my end except downloading new version. I am puzzled. Any suggestions?

One important thing is to actually see if the order fills are in the Trade Activity Log and that the Symbol and Trade Account match the chart.

Yes, they are showing up in the trade activity log and the account number is correct.

after a further review of the trade activity log I have noticed that even though the OrderActionSource log does show the orders being filled there is a previous message that states "Flagging orders waiting for service update. Account:No account specified. This is strange because my account number is listed above. I only have one account number and it is being displayed. How do I get this issue resolved. I need this function to work and would be happy , if necessary, to pay to have you remote.

I should add the trade statistics function are correct and do sow the correct date, times sell/buy orders and P?L.So it seems the account info is "there somewhere".
