Is it possible to cancel open orders by a preset time through SC? I see the option for "Good till Cancelled", "Good till Date Time" and "Day", but I want to cancel open orders at a certain time. Is this possible?

Not exactly but we can add this. There is now the capability to flatten the position and cancel orders for the Symbol and Trade Account of the chart at a set time and that does exist in the latest release on the on A tab of the Trade Window: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Yes, I use the "Flatten Positions at Set Time" within "Global Profit/Loss Management" and it works great. But I would like the same option for cancelling Open Orders at set time. If you can add this it would be appreciated.
