flatten epsilon qty remaining

I made some test trades on a LMAX demo account. Now, when I use the Flatten trade button, I am left with an epsilon quantity on Sierrachart while I am really flat on LMAX. Screenshot attached Please tell if you need logs and/or how I should erase my trade history. Thank you |

The reason for the problem has been determined and it is only an LMAX demo system issue. The issue is now resolved. It relates to the conversion to fractional quantity support and a very slight imprecision which occurred in a quantity multiplication. This was something that was going to be tested and was on our pending list of things to do but we did not yet get to it. But this change was only released on the demo system because it required testing. It is difficult for us to clear out the order fill history on the server but that is possible but not probably until next week. Anyway, you can filter it out at your side just by setting this setting to 2018-04-19 or later: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
