Bridge wit Rithmic not working

The first time I connected the platform it worked fine. Now it keeps "No responding" at all. It keeps doing that for some time and the charts stop moving. The screen becomes blurred. I am working in a HP EliteOne 800 computer at 64 bit, W7. It didn't happen with previous versions of SC.

In your case we definitively do not recommend using Rithmic.

The bridge program primarily consists of software from Rithmic that we have no control over. Therefore, definitively we cannot help with this and will not spend time on this.

Use CQG or CTS instead:
Supported Data and Trading Services

Also, if your screen becomes blurred, that is a system issue.
