Adding support to display positions when executing on IB Advisor accounts

Dear Support,

I'm using Sierra connected to IB TWS Advisor account group.
I know, you several times mentioned that you can not give further support for this topic, but would like to ask for your advice regarding the function below:

After checking your documentation and all the available IB FA related support board requests, I can say that the SC/Advisor IB connection works perfectly and most of the confusion of advisor users maybe caused that they overlook one simple thing:

Orders can be executed on Account groups (multiple accounts) when an Advisor (F) account is selected through the Trade Window. The Advisor account technically is an 'empty' account whats sole purpose is to manage the allocation to sub-accounts so it cannot hold positions. This causes that positions are not displayed after the execution took place.

This works perfectly in SC: when I click on a DOM, attached to an advisor account to open a position, the order goes through correctly, the trades are allocated, executed and shown correctly on all subaccounts both in TWS and Sierra.

The DOM where the execution took place will show nothing (no position) after the position is opened, obviously because it was done on an 'empty' Advisor account, but if other DOMs are open for the subaccounts, the positions can be clearly and correctly seen there. So I think this is exactly the way how it should work and it makes absolute sense.

When I check the Trade Service log, there are multiple messages coming from IB what also confirm this: IB | Receive Position. Trade Account XYZ... The first line always refers to the Advisor account then there is one confirmation line for each subaccount.

Closing existing positions on multiple accounts with a single click can also be done by simply executing an opposite direction order on the advisor account. This will flatten/close the positions on the subaccounts.

Additionally, the command 'Flatten' will obviously not work when used on an Advisor account because technically it does not have any positions (positions are already allocated to subaccounts) so there is nothing to flatten.

So everything works fine, but would like to ask for your advice regarding these functions:

Would it be possible to add the function to display the 'cumulative' existing positions on charts/DOMs when an advisor account is selected? I mean a 'virtual' position what was executed on it.
Based on the Trade Service Log and that the execution/allocation is done correctly this may be done based on the feedback received from TWS and based on SC's own log. Then this would allow using commands like Flatten or brackets and would make trading on DOMs opened for the Advisor account easier.

I know this is a Low priority request affecting very few users, so please let me know if it can be done as a paid addition - I am very interested in that option too.

Sorry for the long post, hopefully, the aboves can help others to avoid posting requests regarding 'disappearing' positions.

You need to use the Order Fill Calculated Position:
Trading Information Windows: Using Order Fill Calculated Positions In Special Cases

Let us know how that works with a Financial Advisor account.

Probably would be best to set it individually for each of the charts you are trading from and not globally. But do not use it for any chart/Trade DOM using a subaccount.

Thank you, I am really impressed and completely satisfied - it works perfectly with the Financial Advisor Account!

As you recommended, I set it individually for the DOM where I trade the Advisor Master account but left the Sub-account related DOMs intact.
I also reset the trade activity log for the Advisor (F) account based on the instructions so now it shows the 100% correct/relevant positions only.

Also tried to use the commands: Cancel all/Flatten etc. and they work without any issue too.

Thank you.
