Unsupported Studies

I don't know if I should contact you or Emoji about this. So far, I've had the Numbers Bars Study and the Numbers bars Calculated Values Studies installed on my chart. Until this morning I could install both on my chart. The first problem is I've saved the chart in Save Studies As Study Collection. When I close and reopen Sierra chart the next day the Studies aren't present on my chart. I haven't been able to find a way to recall the Studies to the chart and have to re-install them again when I open Sierra Chart.

The second problem I have is now when I try to install the same Studies I get an error message that they're not supported. I'm assuming I don't have the correct subscription for these Studies. Right now I'm subscribed for the $24 per month option.

Please Advise what I need to do to fix both or if I should contact Emoji trading. So far I haven't found solutions on your support board even though they may be available there.

You need to be on Package 5 in order to have the Numbers Bars and Numbers Bars Calculated Values Studies available.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
