Gain Capital Connection Lost

My Gain Capital Connection broke off 4 times in ten minutes this morning.

I have had this same problem in recent days.

I am sending the Message Log that appears when the connection breaks.

Can you tell me if this is a Gain Capital issue or an issue with my internet connection or some other cause?

We do see many lost connections:
GAIN Capital FAST Data socket (7) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2018-04-17 06:03:56 *

We also saw some with the connections to the Sierra Chart data servers as well but at different points in time and only about two of them. Many more with the connection to Gain Capital.

That is about all we can say.

We do not know where the problem is.
