Profit/Loss Values not converting to base currency

Hi.

Trade service: CQG; SierraChart version: lastest. Package: 3.

I trade futures throw CQG. I want to get the P/L (of the Trade Activity Log, primarily) in EUROS (as I had when I was previously trading with Interactive Brokers).

I have followed all the steps of https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ProfitLossCalculationsAndSymbolSettings.php. And then I closed and reopened SierraChart. But Profit/Loss keeps appearing in the currency of the underlying, and does not appear in the EUR currency.

What more am I supposed to do?

For what it's worth, when I try to open a EURUSD chart I get a "Symbol Unknow, Download Failed" error. And as far as I understand this symbol would be connected to the Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service (which is included in all packages). Maybe the connection to this service fails and is it necessary for currency conversion?
