Unkown Error when trying to start the platform

Hello Sierra, 2 days ago I tried starting the platform, however a window with an error message occured. I was away for a day, but the problem remained once I tried to log in this morning. I will attach a screenshot of what the wondow displays. How do I get the platform to work again? What's interesting is that I haven't changed anything prior to its error. Regards. |

Ok thank you, the settings are configured in the way they are supposed to be. I'll contact CQG and see what the problem appears to be. What about the smaller error window, is that issue connected to the discussed problem? Regards |
