Inquiry about failure to load data for GC(Gold) futures?

May I ask why there seems a failure to load data for GC(Gold) futures? I saw it just keeps saying "Waiting to download historical data" or "Downloading Continuous Contract Data". How should I handle the issue? Thank you for your kind help. |
