Hi SC,

I have made a bunch of custom studies that I have used and were always available in the Study menu. I upgraded version yesterday, not a major upgrade and they are all gone. I checked the Data folder and my study DLLs are there, so not sure what is the issue. Please advise.

Thanks,
Jake

I'm sure SC Support will be along shortly but just to help you get going more quickly I'll chime in. You're using the 64bit version of SC and trying to use 32bit custom studies. You need to recompile your studies using the 64bit version of Sierra or switch back to the 32 bit version if you don't have the source code for your custom studies. If someone else wrote the studies for you and you don't have the source code, maybe they will recompile them for you to use with the 64bit version of Sierra.

The 32bit executable of Sierra should be in your SierraChart folder if you don't have an icon installed on your desktop.

Exit from Sierra Chart and run Sierra Chart again using the icon on the desktop without the _64 at the end.

We will write up some information about this issue.
