Unable to open Chartbook

Hi SierraChart,

I am unable to open 2 Chartbooks that I use everyday. What happened was that I opened them this morning when market opened here in Hong Kong. After a while, I accidentally messed up the scale of the charts so I closed them and hoping that when I reopened them, the default setting will be in place again. However, I have not been able to open them since then.

Please help, thank you.

When you open one of the Chartbooks, does anything appear? Are there any error messages in the Window >> Message Log?

Try using a backup Chartbook as explained here:
