Hi, I use the study summary that I find highly useful. Thank you ! (don't need the ninja market analyzer anymore !) But, I am unable to sort the charts like I want and believe to be possible according to the documentation. I would like the order of the charts to be the same as it appears in the Windows and Chartbooks feature. But, they appear in the chart number increasing or decreasing order. I tried clicking multiple times on the Chart Header Study Summary for switching modes but it continues to give the same increasing/decreasing chart number mode, not the one I chose in the Windows and Chartbook. FWIW : The Sort Lock option Is not selected. Am I missing something ? I am using version 1727 . -- W. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-04-10 19:20:10

That documentation is out of date. Windows and Chartbooks no longer controls the order of charts within the Study Summary.

How can one change the order the Study Summary displays on a chartbook already set up with many charts?

The order of the charts seem to be the one used by the lower tabs of the charts. Move the tab of a chart, for ex from most left to most right, and you will see it move in the study summary from top to bottom. |

Re-Attach the chart, it will appear as a tab. Move the tab to get the right position. Detach again...

Wow, what a strange, tedious, and useful workaround, it worked, thank you! I guess SC can update the documentation with this tip if it is the only way now. P.S., will DM you. |
