Chart is not moving with real time changes - updates to real time quote manually?

Hello, I am not sure what the issue is but the charts are not moving. I am getting real time data if I reload the intraday chart manually- but the chart is not updating autonomously by the second. I am not sure if I accidently unchecked a box or what the issue must be. Another issue is the current quote window is all zeros. I have looked through the support forums but cannot seem to find the answer to this, This is an issue with all instruments Thank you |
