Replay Chart menu not appearing, it was until this morning

Morning, I attempted to replay chart and the control panel is no longer appearing, neither Ctrl R or from menu choices, very odd.

Things I have attempted, close and reopen SC application, restart windows10, and this...
I also opened a 2nd instance of SC, opening the same chart books as in the 1st instance.

The chart replay functioned normally in the 2nd instance of SC.

The 1st instance Chart Replay pop-up window is not working, yet the 2nd instance is.

Thoughts?

I had this issue a while back, try just resetting windows which fixed it in my case;
Windows >> Reset Windows (Globally or per chart) Regards.
