freezing issue

I run HA bars. I tried to change the setting on them from Weighted to Exponential. The charts froze up. One other guy in the trading room has the same issue. I changed them yesterday with no problem but today I have a frozen Sierra program when I do that. Ever here of this problem? Any ideas? This is a first for me on this one.

We would need to get the Chartbook containing the chart in the state just before this problem occurs to see if we can reproduce it.
