I have TAS Boxes and Market Map custom indicators but have noticed RECENTLY these have caused a major slowdown on my charts. It literally takes 2-3 seconds before I see anything happening when I click a drawing tool or place a trade. When I bring up the studies window, I see that the indicators are reading anywhere from 8ms to 3227ms but it changes all the time. I've checked with TAS and they say that none of their other clients using Sierra Chart have this issue.

Is there something I can check to try and trace this issue? It only started happening this week, I've been using the indicators with Sierra Chart without issue for about 2 months. I haven't made any changes to the setup of my computer and nothing new was installed.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.

Whether or not other users are having a problem or not is irrelevant. Clearly at times their study is not running efficiently based on that calculation time.

They need to work this problem out. From your perspective here is the relevant documentation:

If the developer has specific questions to us, they can ask here on the Support Board.

Although you should check the Window >>Message Log and see if you notice any messages indicating that the chart is being periodically recalculated.
