We will need to set up symbol mapping for ICE UK natural gas. Can you tell us what the Gain Capital symbol is for this particular market? If you do not know the symbol just let us know and we will ask Gain Capital and we will set up the symbol mapping. This symbol has now been added. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings It will be listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures. Until you activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the ICE exchange, you will only get historical chart data for that symbol. Unless Gain Capital is providing data for it.
