Sorry for being clumsy, but everything is new to me. The image from your Website (dom2) looks different to my DOM (dom1). I have marked in yellow what i definitely mean. This figures are different to my settings. (ASK and BID is in the same column, while in my setting they are seperated. Furthermore i would like to ask whether my payment went through and everything is right with my account. In the case of the EURUSD symbol, there is no market depth data available for that symbol unless you are using LMAX: LMAX Trading Service That is why you see no quantities other than 1 in the columns set to display the bid and ask sizes. The columns you have highlighted in yellow in Dom 1 we are not sure what they are because we cannot see the titles. With regards to your account, the payment was received and you are fine. You can check on the payments yourself by going to the top of this webpage and selecting Support >> Account Control Panel, then scroll down about halfway and select the link that states View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. hello. How can i find the instrument "dow jones". I know FILE/FIND SYMBOLE.....BUT WHAT IS THE SYMBOLE FOR THE "dow jones" (CFD or FUTURE). Thanks
