As indicated in a previous support posting, SC isn't sending orders to Interactive Brokers. I've confirmed with IB that the aren't receiving orders. They think there must be a setting within SC that isn't set correctly. I'd like to pay for Remote Assistance ASAP please. I can't trade at present and urgently need assistance. Please advise as soon as you can. Thank you.

We are having a look at the Trade Activity Log now to see what we can find.

From what we see we think we know what the problem is. Make sure Trade >>Trade Simulation Mode On is disabled. Refer to:
