Separate Instances not showing Orders or PnL

I have 3 instances of Sierra running. On my primary instance, pending orders show up just fine and I can cancel/place orders from the chart. On my other 2 instances, with the chartbooks I load at startup, none of that works. If I try to place an order nothing happens, when I have active or pending orders they don’t show, and on the top left my PnL always shows 0. What is odd is if I add a new chartbook to either of those 2 instances, everything works fine.
I have gone through all the settings related to chart trade mode, show orders and made sure sim mode is not on but nothing works. Any ideas why this is happening?

Attached you can see two chartbooks in the same instance and the related settings. One is working fine, the other is not. The chartbook that is not is what I load at startup.

First make sure the correct Trade Account is selected on the Trade Window for the chart:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

After submitting the order provide the most recent lines from the Trade Activity Logs as explained here:
