I have just signed up for the 14 day free trial and have created an account followed by your guided tutorial to setup data connection however I am still unable to receive any real time data feed.

Sorry to bother you, i am new to this so it is very confusing. Not sure if I set it up right, can you please check. I never saw a option to choose a data provider. I wanted to use CTS, it seems like it gave me barcharts. I am looking for data from CME for ES in particular. My understanding is after my trial i will be charged $36 from you for Service Package 5. I want to clear my trades through Cunningham Futures Clearing, which i believe is .10 a contract. I appreciate your time in helping me, I apologize for not quite understanding.

You do have the data Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed set up properly on your Sierra Chart account.

The next step is that you need to follow the CTS set up instructions here:

As far as what the per contract fee is, you have to ask CTS about that. There was an order routing method that we had available with CTS which uses a common FIX connection and did have a lower cost per contract. But we are no longer supporting that for new users. We do have an alternative available.

Do you currently have an account with Cunningham Futures Clearing?

The costs related to Sierra Chart will be the cost of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed plus the cost of Sierra Chart.

I actually had data but it was not live, so I assume i did not set that up properly. Yes, I have a account with Cunningham, my father is actually the owner. So i had him enable me, and i chose CTS T4 Fix in Global Settings, it says i am not connected now.
