[Programming Help] - Custom Study Draw Style

I am trying to write a study that is similar to the Number Bars Calculated Values study in that it will show the delta of the Ask/Bid for each bar. Right now I am using DRAWSTYLE_VALUE_ON_LOW which works fine in that it puts the value under each bar but is there a way to print them as text and put the study in a different region, just like the Num Bars Calculated Value? I can draw a graph representing the values but see no built-in way to just print the values themselves.
