On the Trade Activity Log dialog (Menubar->Trade Activity Log) Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A You can go to File->Save Log As which will save as a text file, or go to Edit->Copy All and you could then paste it into Microsoft Excel if you wanted to. Each method will only save or copy the data that you see in the current panel depending on which tab you've selected (Trade Activity, Trade Statistics, Trades, etc...)
