Hi SC team,
The SC of one of the users of a custom study I wrote is loading the 32-bit verison of the study instead of the 64-bit verison.
As you can see in the attached image she is using the 64-bit Sierra and the 64-bit version of the studies is present in the custom studies list.
She is using release 1716.

The 64-bit version is being used especially if the study is functioning. You cannot make the determination you are according to that first image. It is totally impossible for a 32-bit DLL to even be loaded into a 64-bit process. It will simply fail.

There is no problem here.

This study is working properly on 64-bit platforms of more than 10 other users.
The DLLName.FunctionName that I see in the Study settings window on my platform is Precision_Collection_64.scsf_Level_3_Analysis but on this user's platform I see Precision_Collection.scsf_Level_3_Analysis (The _64 is missing). Doesn't this mean that his Sierra is not loading the 64-bit version of the study?

No.

It makes sense you do not see the _64 if the user had added the study in the 32-bit version previously.
