[Programming Help] - I'm able to log in but get no real time data

I get the GREEN indicating I'm logged in but when I click on a chart or DOM I'm not getting any live feed and I get an error message....{Symbol is unknown. real time data for instrument XYZ(CORRESPONDING TO id =2) IS NOT ALLOWED}
