problems with alerts manager

Hello there Sierra Charts alerts manager has been working fine up to a few days ago. However, on loading up the software yesterday I find that the graphs for each commodity are displayed, but there is no trading 'instruction', such as 'buy?, sell? etc', and clicking on the 'daily view' or any other of the views fails to display the usual alerts manager window. When I open the alerts manager window, the table is empty of any data. I notice that when the software first is loaded up, the message log is displayed, but includes the comment that historical data has been removed. I am copying the message log for your perusal. I cannot use Sierra Charts software until the problem is sorted, so would be very appreciative of your help. Thank you.
