Sierra Freezing

Hello,

Whenever I attempt to enter Trade > Chart Trade settings or Trade > Customize Chart/Trade DOM columns my sierra program just freezes. I then have to enter task manager to force exit sierra.
I just updated to version 1716 and the problem remains. I am also running two instances, not sure if that is important.
