datafeed not ticking

hi, i jsut bought datafeed for CME to conect it with my IB account, which i have, and conencted to api accordingly but the price is not ticking, also i dont have M symbol there in the chart.

how to solve it please?

You must have another instance of Sierra Chart running using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed as well. Refer to:

i have another sierra running on my vps, but it is connected to rithmic feed that i use for another brokerage account. and i never tried to connect it to IB there.. so is it somehow that under one login there is some interference with the feeds or ..?
