Market Profil & Footprint Study levels errors

Hello Support, I wish to share a problem relating to levels between a Market Profil (TPO Profile) and a Footprint 30mn chart. I have please the exact same Studies in them. As you can see on the attached image, surrounded by a red and white shape, to POC MONTH-1 and the VWAP Weekly are not at the same price level ! I have setted exactly the same way both of the 2 charts: same geographical area, same volumes type, same trading hours sessions, ecc. I have attached also the 2 study collection relative to the MP & Footprint. I would be grateful if you can resolve this matter, as non reliable levels can be very dangerous for surviving in such hard environnement. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-03-07 15:17:15

There definitively is nothing for us to resolve: I would be grateful if you can resolve this matter, as non reliable levels can be very dangerous for surviving in such hard environnement. This must be due to different settings in the charts, or the study settings, or a misunderstanding. We need you to provide a Chartbook containing only those two charts.
