For this problem please have your broker put you in contact with TransAct support so they can help you with this. TransAct provides the data feed and they should be aware of the problem.

We recommend that the TransAct bridge software be set to a TCP connection. Right-click on the TransAct logo image on your system taskbar and then change the Mode setting. After this reconnect to the data feed within Sierra Chart by selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
