new 64 version not working with Infinity AT

Hi Team, I try to download pre-release 64 bit since I have a 64bit system windows 7 12gb RAM desktop, well after the download since, I have a Sierra Account throught Infinity, it simply dis not work anymore giving a system error and the only way to back to work was to go to Infinity website>download from zero Infinity AT>install ATcharts with current version 1705. Please check it since I think there will be a lot of people running sierra with Infinity. thx |

Precisely explain with high clarity exactly what you mean by this.Also the prerelease provides both the 64 bit and 32-bit versions of Sierra Chart. If after updating to the prerelease you receive an error when Sierra Chart was started stating something to the effect that there is an error processing the command line, we are aware of that occurs in some isolated cases and we will be looking into it next week. Yes the error was a "command line" and I have sierra running under Infinity so now it's clear that it does not work,my be it could be better to advise the people running under Infinity to do not upgrade to 64 bit until new advise. thx Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-03-04 11:10:24
