can not access intraday etf data

Hi, I have subscripted SC real time datafeed besides my trading account/datafeed with gaincapital. But I can not access intraday etf data, like HYG. please advice. thanks |

Hi, after reviewed your answer I am still not able to get HYG symbol real time data without switching away from my trading account at gain capital/OEC to SC data/all service. do I have to create new symbol under global symbol setting? how do I do that? thanks |
