[User Discussion] - Attached orders are not submitted when trading from the chart or DOM

Hi It is intermittent issue - on one chart , when you predefined trade includes bracket - stop loss and limit target order , when you submit a trade from chart or from DOM , the trade is executed but the bracket orders are not submitted , it happens only on a single chart in my chartbook , please advise what settings should be verified

Have you selected the bracket orders via the trade window for that specific chart that is not showing the correct brackets? The trade windows are specific to each chart, if one chart is working correctly and others are not, I’m wondering if you’re trying to apply the bracket orders from the wrong trade window to other charts? No bracket order selected for that chart , and if I switch to chart where orders work properly , place some order in the safe distance , than cancel it , than return to the chart where it doesn't work , it starts working there

You are setting the Attached Orders and enabling them on the wrong Trade Window.
