Using version 1697 (also was a problem in my previous version 1689). Using bid ask depth bars, every time I shutdown Sierra and then later on restart it, the graph has reset how I want this displayed.

Using calculation mode "Bid Depth vs Ask Depth"
Source Data "Historical Market Depth - Max"

Set the following subgraphs to draw style ignore:
Ask Depth
Bid Depth
Zero Line

Set Difference to draw style "Bar".

Save the workspace. Close Sierra. Restart it and open the workspace. All the subgraph drawstyles have been reset.

In the next release there will be a new Input with the study to control the automatic setting of draw styles. You will need to set that to No but you are going to have to manage these correctly yourself.

I don't understand what you mean. I haven't used many indicators in Sierra, but the few other indicators I have used, this one mentioned above is the ONLY indicator that will reset the visuals that I adjust back to the defaults every time I restart Sierra. There is something defective with this indicator.

There must be some confusion between us on what I am trying to say is the problem. Please see the attached images.

We understand the reason for the problem. This study does automatically set Draw Styles.

Can you make "Automatically Set Draw Styles" default to "No" for this indicator? Took me way too long to figure out why it was resetting every time. Documentation doesn't mention this setting either.

We will update the documentation and no we would never set the default that way.
