Unmatched fills in trades tab

Hi,

All orders have been placed through Sierra .
the trade activity tab reports all orders correctly but the trades tab has unmatched fillls.
Also, when I place the order from the chart trade, I can see the position line and the fill marker on the screen for a couple of seconds, then it disappears.

Please advise,

In regards to unmatched fills, refer to:

I can see the position line and the fill marker on the screen for a couple of seconds, then it disappears.
This is why you have the unmatched fills.

This problem is described here:

Either there is no position data for that symbol available from Trader Workstation or there is a problem that Interactive Brokers is aware of that they are resolving (At least according to another user).
