Failed to download data for Russell 2000 index (RUT-IND-RUSSELL) using InteractiveBrokers as feed.

It was working before.

You need to contact Interactive Brokers about this.

If they cannot help you, then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions here:

Of course this is fully their responsibility but of course they probably are just not going to be competent to even help you to begin with. So then the problem gets dumped on us.

We understand the problem now.

This is not something Interactive Brokers would have been able to help with.

This is now resolved.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After this, Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
