Need to move Sierra

I have Sierra loaded on my C drive which is solid state and just about filled to capacity. I have tried to move as much as I could off the drive to free up some space but right back to where I started. Therefore I want to move Sierra to my E drive which is HDD and was hoping you could recommend the best way to proceed. Thanks

Thanks,I appreciate the quick response. I'm already looking into a new, larger, SS but need to move this now. (about 700 mb left on SS). My own fault for procrastinating.
